As promised I am posting our next week menu. I find that if I plan our menu for the week it is easier to plan my shopping list and the kids like to know what to look forward to for supper. It also takes a little stress out of each day for me. Here is this weeks plan.
Monday – Crab Alphredo with homemade white sauce (I’ll post the recipe for this with pics after I make it)
Tuesday – Tatertot caserole (I’ll make two and freeze one for easy use later)
Wednesday – Pork roast, potatoes and beans
Thursday – BBQ pork sandwiches on homemade buns (using leftover pork from Wednesday)
Friday – Oriental oraange chicken with fried rice and stir fry vegies
Saturday – grilled chicken and potatoes
Sunday is usually YOYO (your on your own) or maybee something simple like hot dogs and mac n cheese.
